New applicants will be charged an additional credit card fee of $19.95 when filling out an application online. This fee of $19.95 will be credited back to you, only, at the time of move-in. To complete the application process for the apartment home of your choice, please download and complete the Application For Residency electronic PDF. If you choose to print out the PDF, please mail your completed and signed application with the application fee to the address on the right. Please note that no applications will be processed without the applicable fee.
